Learning Experience Officer

Location: West London College
Start Date: ASAP (for the right candidate)

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Learning Experience Officer to join our team at a welcoming and progressive West London college. This role plays a key part in supporting students throughout their learning journey and ensuring a positive, engaging college experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as a first point of contact for students, providing guidance and support
• Supporting learners with attendance, engagement, and progression
• Liaising with teaching and support staff to help address student needs
• Maintaining accurate student records and updating internal systems
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Supporting college policies and procedures related to safeguarding and student wellbeing

About You

• A student-centred approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Confident using IT systems and administrative tools
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

Experience

• Experience in an education, support, or student services role is desirable but not essential
• Training and support will be provided for the right candidate
